Help ID - C.C. T. P. Co. USA, Seville

I have a 3 piece set, a platter a plate and a serving dish. It is stamped C.C. T.P. Co, USA, Seville
The design is a Victorian couple courting. The figures are silhouettes but the clothing is in color.
Can anyone help?

Hello I have two bowls on the back there a star and in the middle of the star it says U.S.A out side the star the initial CT and CP bottom-up is star say company and the bowls is stamps 22 karat what can u tell me about these beautiful bowls
