2001 Pottery with Swirl Pottery Mark

Hi there,
I recently found a green pottery vase in my mom's estate. It measures 7" tall and 17" around.
I am being offered $55 for it and I kinda feel as if I'm being ripped off. Please contact me as soon as possible with any information you have.

The bottom reads: 2001 and has a swirl mark similar to a snail design. There is a signature which is hard to make out-it could be S.F. with a circle around it.

I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

Ke'an

The vase is by Jemerick Pottery. The SF stands for Steve Frederick.

Did you ever find out more? NEW
by: Liz

I recently bought a smaller vase that is very similar to yours. It has the SF in a circle mark but not the swirl or numbers. The glaze, clay, workmanship, and everything else make this obviously by the same artist. Did you ever find out more about it? I can usually figure out who made my pottery but this one has me stumped. I hope you got a good price for it.

This is a very fine Calla Lilly vase, it would retail approximately 175-250.00 depending on the size. I think it is Door Pottery, and similar to what is seen here http://www.doorpottery.com/vl_trifoldbud.asp
