5 1/2 Inch Bud Vase Marked "Kirby"

I have this 5 1/2" bud vase, but have no knowledge of where is was made. I acquired this piece at an auction, and the name on the bottom reads "Kirby".

I would like to know the maker and the name of the vase. If you know the value, I would appreciate that information as well. Thanks so much for your help. Ellen
