Beautiful Blue Vase - Pottery Mark L or V and B

I have this beautiful vase that was given to me. I don't know the history of it or where it came from. There are only two marks on the bottom. One appears to be a L or V in blue glaze and a B? etched into it. I have searched for a week and can not find anything similar to this. Could someone tell me if it is a remake or at least what country of origin?
