Blue Vase w/ Flowers - Reville U.S.A.

This is a pottery, stout blue vase with handles on side, almost like a sugar bowl, and it has white and rose raised flowers and trim and a bumpy texture. On the bottom it has a P or R with a scroll line extending down to the number: 6654"; the rest of name (before the scroll line) is Reville; between the name and the number is: U.S.A. In black writing is an E and 14. I inherited it and have always enjoyed just looking at it and I am curious to it's time and possible origin. Thank you.

I inherited the exact same bowl-shaped vase. Can't find any info on it.
