Help - ID Green Antique Planter w/ Elephants

My mother was an antique dealer, she passed away in 1980. Among many other items that have been in storage all these years is a green planter or bowl. It measures 3" deep and is 8 1/4" across. The rim and part of the side is unglazed. The side of this piece has elephants all around and they are linked trunk to tail. Please see the two photos I have attached. Bottom is glazed and has three triangle shape feet. There are no marks of any kind on this fine old piece. Would like any information possible as to age, maker, what it is an what it is worth.
Thanks you so much.
