Help ID Pottery Mark - USA w/ Leaf

by sue
(Kirkland, WA)

I have a what I think is a water pitcher and the only mark I can find is on the bottom. It says USA and then it has a leaf, kind of like a Canadian leaf. They are both engraved on the bottom, not a stamp. Any help on who the maker is would be great!
Thanks!
Sue

I have a small tan and larger willow green pitcher with rings from rim to bottom. Mark appears to be Monmouth with an M in center. Could this be some other company?

I have the same pitcher.
by: Anonymous

I have the same pitcher that I found in my Fathers barn along with a bunch of other items. Mine does not have the cap on top (I need to keep looking) but it does have matching salt and pepper shakers. This leads me to believe there must have been a whole set at some time. Did you ever get a response to your original post? I would be interested in knowing more about it too.
