The backside of this small container has the following inscription:
PATPENDING
O.P.C.O.
ZANESVILLE O
U.S.A.

Can you identify whether this refers to J.B. Owens Pottery Co. or Ohio Pottery Company?

It's for the Ohio Pottery Company and 100% Not for the J.B. Owens Pottery Company. Owens stopped marking pottery at his namesake pottery ~1908-1909. He used some of those pottery molds across the street from ~1910 to 1912/13 at the J.B.Owens Floor and Wall Pottery Company. All of the latter stuff was in blended glazes.

I've been collecting / researching Owens pottery for ~40 years.
