Pottery Mark

I have a stoneware tray that was passed on to me by a relative's estate. I remember a time when they didn't have it so I'm thinking it probably isn't that old, around the 80's or 90's. I can't find the mark in any of my books or searching online. I'm thinking it may be an artisan's studio piece. There are drips of glaze in the marks and I wonder if it was intentional. The tray's design looks sort of oriental. I really like it and use it frequently; the size is perfect on so many occasions.

Weight: 3 lbs.
Dimensions: 15"L x 10 1/2"W x 3/4"H Rectangular
Current Location: Phoenix, Arizona

I have found several pieces NEW

I live in the KCMO area and have found several in Kansas and Missouri over 2015-2016. I have purchased only one a plate, similar to yours. The others included two cylinder vases in different areas of KS/MO. I'm pretty sure they are from this area, but have yet to identify the potter/mark.
