Help Identify this Pottery Manufacturer

My mom just gave me an Art Deco style bowl that she purchased at a local Mission store.

It has some markings on the bottom but I can't seem to figure out what the numbers or the big W on the bottom represent.

I'm just curious. Thanks for your help!
