I need help Identifying this Piece of Pottery that may be from New Mexico

I have had this piece of pottery for years now and still have not been able to identify it. Perhaps someone on this site could help.

It stands 7" high and @ 4 1/2" across the widest "belly" or 6" across with handles. The base of the clay is a grey tone however the clay on the bottom has a slight orange tinge to it. Also on the bottom is a pottery mark that resembles a fish perhaps.
