ID the Year - Homer and Laughlin 1918??

Have this lovely plate. Know Homer and Laughlin used the last 2 numbers of the year but this stamp is blurred and don't know if it is 1918 or?? Help anyone recognize this pattern and have a clearer stamp? The colors are so clear and crisp and the edge is silver. Looks like it was made yesterday. Thanks

It is Virginia Rose pattern, made in the 1940's and 1950's. It's real common.
