Info about Gorgeous Lattice Style 1950's Plate

Hello:

I own a gorgeous handmade porcelain lattice style plate that is signed "L. Webb" and what looks like -53- on the back. It's about the size of a regular dinner plate.

I've attached two photos. I'd love to find out what it's worth.
