Looking for maker of unusual cookie jar

Hello, I have a beautiful bell-shaped cookie jar that has a Christmas design and what looks like gold leaf, but may be gold paint. Holly, gold bows adorn the sides. I could make a photo and send if that would help. Bottom is solid with only the potter's mark: SAH in large letters. Do you have any idea who made it, and when, and its value as a collectable?
