Please Help Identify This Piece

I bought a small creamer, 4 1/2" tall, hand painted floral design on the front and a blue irregular line around the top.
The unglazed bottom has no marking, just a pink ceramic color. It's heavy for it's small size.
I'm wondering where it came from and how old it is. It belonged to my great grandmother.
The floral design is very attractive, in blues, greens and a carmine red. It looks like someone tried to restore the base because there is an attempt at color matching.
