Pottery Mark - Blue Shield w/ Stars and Stripes

I have a pitcher, white, solid pottery with a blue shield mark on the bottom. Top of shield is "stars" or dots and bottom is vertical stripes. There is an O on the left of the shield and a V on the right. Could you help me find the origination of this pitcher.
