Pottery Mark Gil 4-95?

Is anyone familiar with the pottery mark
Gil 4-95. She was an acquaintance and gave this to me. She said to keep it. She also said that it was a new technique for the glaze. I love it and take good care of it.

I have a fish shaped plater with a eye on it all white mint cndition. An still has tag old tag of 11000 dollers on it with. A. ( M) stamped in it an another ink stamped mark. Tryen to figure what an were this came from?? Any body??+ christopherhlls33@yahoo.com. or530 3298797 thank you
