Stamped Marks on Stoneware Ladle/Cup For Identification Help Please

Hello,

I'm hoping that someone can help me identify this piece. I'm not even sure that it is American but it looks rustic, old west sort of like an old cowboy cup that would be hanging off of a barrel. At least to me anyway. There are 3 marks stamped into the base.

BTW, the marks, to me anyway, look like, from left to right, a "wave", a person in a boat, and a fish.

Man, I posted this eons ago and it just went live. had forgotten all about this piece as I got nowhere researching it and packed it away.
