The Colonial Company - Any Info?

I have a bowl which belonged to my grandfather. The pottery mark on the bottom appears to be a bell with a duckling on top (facing right)with the words 'The Colonial Co' inside. It has purple cluster flowers with green leaves in three distinctive locations around the inside sides of the bowl. Would love to know the approximate age or origin or any other information about this piece.
