Vintage OKLAHOMA American Ashtray with marks

Vintage ash tray

Found this ashtray in a thrift store years ago..there are no marks on the bottom but a D with a circle and some other marks on the top. I've searched the web but can find nothing else like it.

Does anyone have any clues as to who/where this might have been made?

I don't know where else to search, and any resources would be appreciated.
